An attempt has been made to read a data set control block (DSCB) from the volume table of contents (VTOC) on the volume volser, either by the data set name dsname or by the absolute track address of the DSCB cchhr. The CAMLST OBTAIN macro returned return-code in register 15. The DSCB has not been obtained.
