Explanation

The DFSMShsm-controlled volume volser is to be processed by the function fct. In reading or writing the MCV record for the multiple processing unit enqueue and space management attributes support, an error occurred. See message ARC0184I for details.

Programmer response

Issue an ADDVOL command to create the MCV record for the volume and retry the function.
