A tape table of contents (TTOC) record has been scanned. An extension record with key key that has been previously available is missing.
Updating of the TTOC record ends. The volume is marked full and another volume is selected to continue the migration, backup, or recycle process.
Analyze the data on the tape volume to determine which migration copies or backup versions should be described in the missing extension record and use FIXCDS to re-create the record. You can find a description of the FIXCDS command in the z/OS DFSMShsm Diagnosis.
