Explanation

System action

Until common service area (CSA) usage drops under this threshold, only BATCH WAIT management work elements (MWEs) are added to the DFSMShsm CSA queue. All other requests will fail.

Start DFSMShsm or contact your DFSMShsm storage administrator.
