During the startup process of DFSMShsm, either an erroneous member name has been requested in the initialization command, or there is insufficient space to process initialization commands for DFSMShsm. This message is preceded by message ARC0105I, which contains the erroneous member name; or message ARC0107I, which indicates insufficient available storage; or ARC0108I indicating that the initialization command is too long.
