The maximum number of allowed data set backup tape tasks is zero because a SETSYS DSBACKUP(TAPE(TASKS(0))) was issued. Data set backup work will now be processed to DASD.
DFSMShsm will back up all data sets to ML1 DASD.
Notify the system programmer.
If data set backup to tape is desired, ensure that the number of allowed tape tasks is not zero and that necessary tape resources are available. If tape tasks are desired, then either release data set backup or change data set backup SETSYS values so that DFSMShsm uses the SETSYS maximum values for tape allowed tasks.
