An error was encountered in trying to access the State Data Set. The return code given by return_code and the reason code given by reason_code indicate the nature of the error.
Modify command was not able to delete bit maps.
See SDM and XRC return codes for an explanation of the return and reason codes. Correct the error and enter the modify command again.
