A dump has been generated, but is incomplete. This is usually caused by the SYS1.DUMPxx data set not being large enough.
The MODIFY command runs with a partial dump completed.
Allocate a larger SYS1.DUMPxx data set, and then reissue the command to obtain a complete dump.
Extended remote copy (XRC) or concurrent copy.
