that all 3990 Model 3 and Model 6 devices in the system be destaged.
In
the message text: ssss
Indicates the identification of the subsystem on which destage
was attempted.

Indicates the number of a device attached to the subsystem.

System action
The system continues processing.

Operator response
Notify the system programmer. If the device
associated with this message is attached via the IBM® 3990 Model 3 Storage Control, see IBM 3990/9390 Operations and Recovery
Guide for detailed recovery actions.

System programmer response
Run an IDCAMS LISTDATA DSTATUS job
to find all the devices that have pinned data.  One of these devices
caused the destage to fail.
