a value less then the size of the block just read, in the DCBBLKSZ
field.

The SPZAP program ends.

System programmer response
Ensure that the SYSLIB DSCB contains
the correct blocksize, or specify the blocksize in the DCB parameter
of the SYSLIB DD statement.
