In the EXEC statement of the cataloged procedure for the generalized trace facility (GTF), or in the START command for GTF, TIME=NO was specified in the GTF parameters.
GTF initialization continues. GTF disregards TIME=NO and puts time stamps in all output records.
When starting GTF, do not specify TIME=NO.
Remove any TIME=NO specifications from the JCL statements in the cataloged procedures for GTF.
