- The SYNAD data returned from the error. SYNAD is a subparameter
of the AMP parameter on the DD statement used to define a data set.

Dump analysis and elimination (DAE) could not
update the DAE data set.
System action
DAE does not update the DAE data set. Because
temporary records are kept in virtual storage, DAE continues processing.
Without UPDATE, DAE writes no permanent records.
When DAE is
stopped or started, DAE regresses to its record of dumps from the
data set as previously updated.

Notify the system programmer.

Correct the error. Restart DAE so
that the DAE data set can be updated.
