Explanation
An IF-THEN-ELSE command sequence caused the command
to be bypassed. When you specify an IF-THEN-ELSE command sequence,
either the THEN or the ELSE clause is performed, and the one not performed
is bypassed.

System action
The bypassed portion of the command sequence is
checked for syntax errors but is not performed. DFSMSdss processing continues.
