The PPRC CESTPAIR request was issued with ACTION(FAILBACK). The storage control contains stored information identifying the associated secondary volume for the primary where the command is being issued. The information identifying the secondary volume identified in the command parameter fields is not the same information that is currently stored for the primary volume.
The command is rejected.
Verify that the command was issued to the correct device and reissue if necessary.
