The FlashCopy® command
issued to device has failed due to an I/O configuration change that
occurred while processing the command. The reason will be blank unless z/OS® is running as a guest under
VM. The possible values for the reason code are:
- Blank
- Not running as a guest under VM
- Reason=01
- Source LSS/UA mismatch
- Reason=02
- Target LSS/UA mismatch
- Reason=03
- CUISSID mismatch
- Reason=04
- Subchannel ID mismatch.
