Explanation
This message is issued on startup of ANTAS000 to
display the
status of timestamps:
- A status of SUPPRESSED indicates that time
stamps are being suppressed because SuppressTimestamp(YES) is specified
in ANTXIN00.
- A status of ACTIVE indicates that XRC timestamping
is active; SuppressTimestamp(NO) is specified or defaulted to in ANTXIN00.

If SuppressTimestamp(YES) is inadvertently
set on an application system, ANTAS000 should be restarted with SuppressTimestamp(NO).
