(NIP) function incorrectly.

System action
The system enters a non-restartable wait state.

Operator response
If the system programmer requests it, obtain
a stand-alone dump.

System programmer response
If the problem recurs or if the program
is correct, search problem reporting databases for a fix for the problem.
If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support
Center. Provide the stand-alone dump.
