Explanation
The system found an error while processing an OUTADD
or OUTDEL macro.

System action
The system does the following: The system writes a logrec data set error record.
The system writes an SVC dump.
The system abnormally ends the program that issued the macro,
or returns to the macro caller with a return code of X'10'.

System programmer response
If the problem persists, search problem
reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists,
contact the IBM® Support Center.

Programmer response
Check for incorrect input parameters passed
to the OUTADD or OUTDEL macro.  Submit the job again.
