Use the program status word (PSW) address in the CLK entry to identify the caller. Do one of the following:

• If the caller is provided by the installation, check the parameters on the TIME macro. If MIC or STCK was specified, the area specified by the address must have the caller's storage protect key.
• If the caller is provided by IBM®, search problem reporting data bases for a fix for the problem.
• If the PSW does not contain the caller's address, contact the IBM Support Center.
