Explanation
A START, MOUNT, or LOGON command requested creation
or initialization of an address space. The started task control (STC)
queried the master subsystem to determine if a subsystem was started.
STC received a return code that was not valid from the master subsystem.

System action
The system: Ends the START, MOUNT, or LOGON command.
Writes a dump.
Writes a logrec data set error record.
Issues messages. For a START or MOUNT command, the system issues
message IEE824I.

System programmer response
If the problem recurs, search problem
reporting data bases for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists,
contact the IBM® support Center.
Provide the dump and the logrec data set error record.
