Explanation
The system detected an incorrect statement in the
MSTRJCL data set.  The system could not convert the MSTRJCL nor start
the master scheduler.

System action
The system does not start the master scheduler.
The system abnormally ends master scheduler initialization.

System programmer response
If the MSTRJCL data set in the LINKLIB
was updated manually, check it for a statement without a // in columns
1 and 2. Ensure that the MSTRJCL is delimited by a /* or a // (null)
card.  If the problem persists, search problem reporting data bases
for a fix for the problem. If no fix exists, contact the IBM® Support Center.
