An active SLIP trap requests ACTION=RECOVERY. SLIP found a match for the program event recording (PER) trap that was defined in the command. For the RECOVERY action, SLIP gives control to the recovery termination manager (RTM). This completion code is used to take a dump for SLIPs which specify "MSGID=" and is considered normal in that case.
