HALT EOD time.

The system attempts to repair the error and continues
processing.

Notify the system programmer.

Capture the associated dump.  For
this error, registers 2 and 3 contain the return and reason codes
that were returned following the first failed IXGOFFLD request.  The
IXGOFFLD return and reason codes are described in z/OS® MVS™ Programming:
Assembler Services Reference IAR-XCT.  Contact the IBM® support center for errors that are not able
to be corrected locally.
