A hexidecimal reason code indicating the reason for the failure.

The wait state code.

The reason code (rrr)
is one of the following:xyy
XCF JOIN failed. This code can be interpreted as follows:x is the return code from the IXCJOIN service
divided by four.
yy is the reason code from the IXCJOIN service
divided by four.

If retry was possible but a suitable retry point could not be
determined.

System action
The system is partitioned from the sysplex and
enters a non-restartable wait state.
