Explanation
The auxiliary storage manager (ASM) detected a
paging I/O error when attempting to read from or write to storage-class
memory (SCM). The error can be caused by either a hardware or a software
problem.

System action
ASM writes a logrec data set error record which
contains data pertaining to the error.

System programmer response
For a hardware problem, contact hardware
support. Otherwise, contact the IBM® Support
Center.
