For address spaces which use z/OS® UNIX callable services, a repeating
section for process accounting is provided in SMF record type 30.
Collection of process accounting data is triggered by the following
events:
- Job step termination
- Invoking one of the exec functions (substep termination)
- SMF type 30 interval processing
- Invoking MVS™ process cleanup
(undub)
Each time process accounting data is collected, another repeating
section is added to the appropriate SMF type 30 subtype records.
