The system does not set default to ALLOC00. If neither the IEASYSxx member nor the operator specifies an ALLOC= parameter, the system uses all of the defaults identified in Statements/parameters for ALLOCxx. If an ALLOCxx member is specified, but any individual parameters are not specified in that ALLOCxx member, the system uses the default for that parameter identified in Statements/parameters for ALLOCxx.
