- valueK
- Specifies the required storage in kilobytes (1 kilobyte = 1024
bytes). The value is 1 through 7 decimal numbers, from 1 through 2096128.
Code a multiple of 4. For example, code REGION=68K. If the value
you code is not a multiple of 4, the system will round it up to the
next multiple of 4.
- valueM
- Specifies the required storage in megabytes (1 megabyte = 1024
kilobytes). The value is 1 through 4 decimal numbers, from 1 through
2047. For example, REGION=3M.
- value=0M or 0K
- A value equal to 0K or 0M gives the step all the storage available
below and above 16 megabytes. The resulting size of the region below
and above 16 megabytes depends on system options and what system software
is installed. When REGION=0K/0M is specified, the MEMLIMIT is set
to NOLIMIT.
Note: This may cause storage problems. See the Considerations
When Using the REGION parameter section for more information.
