Subparameter definition

subsystem-name: Identifies the subsystem. The subsystem name is 1 through 4 alphanumeric or national ($, #, @) characters; the first character must be alphabetic or national ($, #, @). The subsystem must be available in the installation.
subsystem-subparameter: Specifies information needed by the subsystem. A subparameter consists of alphanumeric, national ($, #, @), or special characters.
