Figure 1 is sorted by destination and volume serial number and includes only volumes that are ready to move to storage locations.

The data columns are:

VOLSER: The serial number of the volume.
DSNAME: The name of the first dataset on the volume.
JOBNAME: The name of the job that created the data set.
ASDATE: The date that the volume was assigned to the current owner.
DEST: The destination, the target storage location of the volume.
STORE DATE: The date that the volume destination was set or the date that the volume was ejected, whichever is more recent.
BIN #: The bin number, which identifies the shelf location in a storage location. A shelf location is a single space on a shelf where you store removable media.
MEDIANM: The media name, which is the value that describes the shape of the media

Figure 2 shows a sample report of the number of volumes in each identified storage location.

The data columns are:

STORE: The destination storage location.
COUNT: The number of volumes, which are sorted by storage location.
