Explanation
 NFS did not have the data set text open
during a request to close the file. The file name might have been
specified incorrectly, or the timeout might have already occurred
for this data set, causing the server to close the data set.
 In
the message text:
 h_digits
The request block address.
text
The data set name.

System action
 The system ends the request. Return code X'131' is
passed back to the user.  The system processing continues for NFS.
