In z/OS V1R8, the function of the z/OS NFS checklist data set was merged into the exports data set. If you used a checklist data set in previous releases, use the dirsuf parameter to specify its contents in the exports data set. See Directory statement for details. With this merger, the checklist information can be refreshed dynamically using the exportfs operand of the modify mvsnfs command, instead of requiring a restart of the NFS server.
