The following example defines to RACF® the user ID DFMUSER with authorization to execute the DFM TP: 
 
  PERMIT TOKEN1.SYSTEM.^X'07'001 CLASS (APPCTP) ID (DFMUSER) ACCESS(EXECUTE)
