This example shows how to generate a data class list. Generating a data class list is similar to generating a data set list or a volume list.

From the ISMF Primary Option Menu, choose the data class application (option 4). This takes you to the Data Class Application Selection Panel shown in Figure 1.

1. Complete the Data Class Application Selection Panel with the values shown in Figure 1.

   This generates a list of data classes with names that begin with DC*.

2. Press the ENTER key. ISMF generates and displays the completed data class list shown in Figure 2. This list conforms to the selection criteria.
