To invalidate data buffers, ensure that all requests are for positioning by specifying one of the following:
  • GET/PUT RPL OPTCD=(DIR,NSP) followed by ENDREQ
  • POINT GET/PUT RPL OPTCD=SEQ followed by ENDREQ
