The tape volume exit (ARCTVEXT) lets a tape management system know
that DFSMShsm is releasing ownership of a DFSMShsm tape.
Attention: DFSMS/MVS DFSMShsm Version 1 Release 4 and subsequent
releases no longer use the ARCTVEXT exit to communicate with DFSMSrmm.
Invoke the ARCTVEXT exit only if you are using another tape management
product.
