The RACF® remove ID utility (IRRRID00) processes the output of the RACF database unload utility (IRRDBU00) and creates commands to remove references in the RACF database to user IDs and group names that are no longer in the database. Alternatively, it can create commands to delete references in the RACF database to specified user IDs and group names.
