Explanation
A SUM control statement was specified and EQUALS
was in effect, but the Blockset technique was not selected.  EQUALS
with SUM is not supported by the other techniques.

System action
Processing continues with NOEQUALS in effect.

Programmer response
Rerun the job with a SORTDIAG DD statement
to get message ICE800I.  ICE800I indicates the reason Blockset could
not be used.  If possible, remove the condition preventing the use
of Blockset.
