Step 12: Start the TCP/IP stacks on which ADNR and the LBA applications are to run

You can start ADNR before or after you start the TCP/IP stack it uses. If the TCP/IP stack that ADNR uses terminates or is not yet started, ADNR remains active and establishes communication with the TCP/IP stack when it becomes active.
