Explanation
 A SIOCSPARTNERINFO or SIOCGPARTNERINFO ioctl was
issued for the TCP/IP stack  and failed because a security domain
name for the EZBDOMAIN profile was not  defined in the SERVAUTH class.

 In the message text:  tcpstackname
The name of the TCP/IP stack.

 TCP/IP continues.
