Explanation
 Multiple DmConfig statements are specified in
the Defense Manager daemon (DMD)  configuration file.  Only one DmConfig
statement is allowed.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file stops.
If this error occurs while a MODIFY command is being processed, then
no changes are committed and the daemon  continues using the old configuration
values. If this error occurs during the initial startup sequence of
the daemon, then the daemon ends.

 Contact the system programmer.
