Explanation
 The Defense Manager daemon (DMD) was unable to
find the specified parmlib member and was initialized with the MINIMUM
tracing option. 
 In the message text: pname
The name of the CTRACE parmlib member. 

System action
 DMD CTRACE initializes with the MINIMUM tracing
option; the DMD continues processing.

Operator response
 If different CTRACE options are required,
contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If different CTRACE options are required,
configure the CTRACE parmlib member.
