Explanation
 The Defense Manager daemon (DMD) was unable to
obtain the required amount of  memory. 
 In the message text: err_id
The code that helps IBM® service
representatives identify the specific memory  allocation request.
modname
The name of the module that encountered the error.
size
The amount of memory requested, in bytes.

System action
 The current operation fails and the DMD attempts
to continue processing.

Operator response
 Free some memory and try the operation again.
 If the operation continues to fail,  contact the system programmer
with the message information.

 If you cannot resolve the memory allocation shortage,  contact IBM software support services and
provide the modname value and the err_id value.
