Explanation
 Policy Agent is unable to monitor applications
to determine whether they are active or inactive, or to start, restart,
or stop the applications.  Possible reasons for this error include
configuration errors on the AutoMonitorApps or  AutoMonitorParms statement,
or an internal error.

System action
 Policy Agent processing continues but the automatic
application monitoring function is not available.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.  If the system
programmer indicates that more  information is required in the log
file, restart the Policy Agent with a  minimum of LogLevel 127 configured
in the configuration file, or with the -d 1 
start option.

System programmer response
 Examine the log file to determine
the cause of the problem. If message EZD1585I was issued, correct
the Policy Agent configuration errors identified in the log and restart
the Policy Agent. If you need more  information to diagnose the errors,
re-create the error with a minimum of  LogLevel 127 or start the Policy
Agent with the -d 1 start option.  See the
