Explanation
 While it was processing a CertificateURL statement
in the NSS configuration file, the network security services (NSS)
server recognized that the URL on the CertificateURL statement matched
the URL that was specified on a previous CertificateURL or  CertificateBundleURL
statement.   Because CertificateURL statements represent a single
certificate, the URL on each of the CertificateURL statements must
be  unique. 
 In the message text:  label_value
The value of the label on the CertificateURL or CertificateBundleURL
statement that contained the duplicate URL value.

System action
 The processing of the configuration file continues
and the NSS server  continues.

Operator response
 Contact the system programmer.

System programmer response
 If the retrieval of one of the certificates
or certificate bundles is failing  because the wrong URL is specified,
locate the duplicate URLs in the NSS  configuration file and either
remove or correct the statement that contains the  duplicate URL and
then refresh the NSS server configuration using the MODIFY  command.
