Explanation
 An error occurred when the IKE daemon attempted
to set itself as non-swappable.
 errno is

 IKE daemon processing continues as a swappable
process.

 None.

System programmer response
 Running the process as swappable
might affect the IKE daemon performance.   Correct the problem, if
possible, and restart the IKE daemon.
