Explanation
One or more severe errors were encountered which will result in
a connection with the SNMP agent not being established.  Until these
errors are resolved, and NCPROUTE is restarted, SNMP requests will
not be honored by NCPROUTE and its clients in turn.

NCPROUTE continues.
