Explanation
 NCPROUTE received a status change request PDU
from the NCP client for an interface that was unknown.  Either NCPROUTE
did not completely read in the NCP client's Routing Information Table
(RIT), or the RIT was not built correctly during NCP generation. 
Another possible cause is that the NCP client dynamically added the
interface to its tables.   Dynamically-added interfaces are not currently
supported by NCPROUTE.  The Status PDU is discarded.

System action
 NCPROUTE continues.

Operator response
 None.

System programmer response
 Check the interface configuration
messages created in the console log at install time to verify that
the interfaces defined in the NCP client's generation match the interfaces
processed by NCPROUTE. If a mismatch is found, verify that the RIT
is built correctly. If the problem cannot be corrected, contact IBM® software support services.
