X25IPI received an X.25 restart indication for this MCH during the restart procedure with the indicated cause and diagnostic bytes. The X.25 network interface has been reinitialized. Virtual circuit connections on the MCH are closed, and the X.25 restart procedure is used to place the MCH back in operation.
