Failure in procedure getstate for data_set
Explanation
The procedure getstate, which is called to determine the status
of a connection, was unsuccessful for the indicated data set.  This
indicates that the data set might not have a connection. The parameter
list contained in the indicated data set is not passed to MAKESITE.

Note: This message displays the virtual machine communication
facility (VMCF) function call returned by the function
SayVmcFu, which is called to determine the type of a VMCF function
call.  For more information about VMCF function calls, see the z/OS Communications Server: IP Programmer's Guide
and Reference.

TCPIP continues.
